INTRODUCTION

● SUS 410 stainless steel

410 stainless steel is a stainless steel grade produced according to the American ASTM standard, which is equivalent to China's 21Cr13 stainless steel.

410 stainless steel contains 0.15% carbon and 13% chromium. It has good corrosion resistance and machinability. It is generally used for blades and valves.

Scope of application: general blade, tableware (spoon, fork, knife, etc.);

Material: Carbon 0.15%, Chromium 13%;

Features: has good corrosion resistance;

●1) 410 stainless steel, which belongs to martensitic stainless steel, is used after quenching and tempering, and its strength, plasticity and toughness are well matched.

●2) 410 stainless steel has good corrosion resistance in weak corrosive media with a temperature not exceeding 30 °C; sufficient corrosion resistance in fresh water, steam and humid  atmosphere;

●3) 410 stainless steel has stable oxidation resistance below 700℃. In order to improve the wear resistance, corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance of the parts, carbonitriding or     nitriding can be carried out.

●4)410 stainless steel In the annealed state, the plasticity is high, and it can be used for deep rolling, stamping, bending and crimping. It has good welding and machining properties, and  can be polished.

●5)410 stainless steel It is mainly used to manufacture parts that require medium strength and high toughness under the action of corrosive medium and impact load.
